Bimatoprost Eye Drops is used in the treatment of glaucoma and ocular hypertension. Bimatoprost is a prostaglandin analogue. It works by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor, thereby lowering the increased eye pressure. Bimatoprost is used to treat raised /increased pressure in the eye in patients suffering from open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
