Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain, fever, and inflammation (redness). This relieves minor aches and pains in the muscles and joints. Methyl Salicylate and Menthol are topical analgesics (pain relievers). They work by first cooling the skin and then warming it up.
